Grandview is a provider of drawing courses, workshops, and related digital content delivered via cohort-based sessions and on-demand materials for personal learning and development.

Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our” means Grandview.
- “You”, “your” means the individual user or learner accessing our services.
- “Course” means any cohort, class, workshop, or digital content we provide.
- “Site” means our website, learning portal, and associated digital services.
Enrolment and access
- Places may be limited; enrolment is confirmed upon payment.
- We may reschedule classes; you will receive notice and options.
- Content is for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Do not share login credentials.
- Minimum recommended age is 16. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
- We may refuse or revoke access for breach of these terms or abusive behaviour.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- If we cancel a session or materially change the schedule, you will be offered a suitable alternative date or a pro‑rata refund.
- If you request to move to a later cohort, we will accommodate subject to availability and fair scheduling.
- We may record sessions for quality, safety, and learning replay for enrolled learners.
Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds follow our fair use and cohort scheduling policies.
- Payments can be made by accepted card methods or other approved providers at checkout.
- Where offered, instalments must be paid on time. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
- If you purchase digital content and expressly request immediate access, you acknowledge that your 14‑day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may be affected once full access is provided.
- Refunds (where approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be treated as a breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or share paid content.
- Do not harass, defame, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others.
- Uploading or distributing malware, spam, or illegal material is prohibited.
- Any attempt to scrape or systematically copy content is not allowed.
Intellectual property
- All course materials, videos, exercises, and assets are owned by us or our licensors.
- We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable licence for your personal study.
- You may not publicly share, reproduce, or commercialise our content without written permission.
Behaviour in live sessions
- Treat instructors and peers with respect; no discriminatory or abusive language.
- Keep microphones and cameras used appropriately; adhere to moderator guidance.
- We may remove participants who disrupt learning or violate these standards.
Service availability and changes
- We aim for a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We may improve, update, or discontinue features to enhance quality or comply with law.
- Maintenance windows will be communicated where feasible.
Data protection and privacy
- We process personal data to deliver courses, manage enrolments, and provide support.
- We use appropriate security measures; however, no online service is completely risk‑free.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device security.
Disclaimers
- Courses are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
- Advice provided in sessions is general and not tailored to your specific circumstances unless explicitly agreed.
- We are not responsible for third‑party tools or services used alongside our courses.
Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected course.
Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
- If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a 14‑day cancellation right from the date of purchase.
- If you request immediate access to digital content or attend a live session within that period, you acknowledge that your cancellation right may be waived once delivery has begun in full.
- To exercise rights, contact us with your name, purchase details, and request.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their local UK courts where applicable.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, services, or practices.
- Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
